Service Sales Specialist – FläktGroup Hungary (Budapest)

Drive growth of service business by actively seeking and acquiring new customers, generating leads, and closing deals for service solutions. Focus on expanding market share and building a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

New Business Development

  • Proactively identify and pursue new leads for service contracts, maintenance solutions and modernization projects.
  • Conduct market research to target potential customers and industries.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through cold calling, networking and digital channels.

Sales & Negotiation

  • Prepare and present tailored service proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure profitability and alignment with company strategy in all agreements.

Customer Acquisition

  • Develop relationships with decision-makers at target companies.
  • Understand client needs and propose customized service solutions.
  • Convert leads into long-term customers through consultative selling.

Market Awareness & Promotion

  • Actively promote new service offerings and modernization solutions.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in hunting new business (B2B sales experience preferred).
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure.
  • Technical knowledge of HVAC or related systems (advantage).
  • Goal-driven, proactive, and highly motivated.
  • Native Hungarian is a must.
