Amit kínálunk

Grand Circle Cruise Line is seeking an experienced and quality-driven Executive Chef (Chef de Cuisine) for its two elegant small ocean vessels — M/V Corinthian and M/V Clio.

Minimum Requirements

  • Strong hands-on attitude with active kitchen presence

  • High standards and strong attention to quality

  • Proven leadership and excellent communication skills

  • Strong organizational abilities and good computer literacy

  • Fluent English

  • Previous experience on passenger vessels (cruise or ferry)

  • Valid Seaman's Book (country of residence or Malta)

  • Required STCW Certificates (at employee's expense):

    • Basic Safety Training (VI/1)

    • Security Awareness Training (VI/6-1)

    • Passenger Ship Safety (V/2)

What We Offer

  • 3,800 EUR monthly base salary (paid to any bank account of your choice)

  • Approx. 600 EUR/month gratuities shared equally

  • Rotation: 4 months on board / 2 months at home (+/- 30 days)

  • Paid leave: 10 days per month, paid out at the end of contract
