Leendő munkatársunk feladatai:

  • Cégcsoport tulajdonába tartozó ingatlanok műszaki üzemeltetésének és karbantartásának felügyelete országszerte
  • A cégcsoport központi irodájának szakmai felügyelete, felmerülő problémák hatékony és gyors kezelése a vezetés elvárásainak megfelelően
  • A cégcsoport érdekeltségébe tartozó patikai ingatlanok esetén szakmai energetikai tanácsadás, szerződéskötések, reklamációs ügyek kezelése
  • Beruházási, felújítási, javítási munkák során szükség szerint árajánlatok bekérése, versenyeztetés és döntéselőkészítés; munkák megszervezése és lebonyolítása
  • Épülettartozékok, berendezések, gépek, eszközök meghibásodásával kapcsolatos javítások, karbantartások felügyelete, ellenőrzése
  • Alvállalkozókkal való kapcsolattartás, munkájuk ellenőrzése, szerződések kezelése
  • Nyilvántartások vezetése és riportok készítése, szükség esetén költségbecslések elkészítése
  • Kapcsolattartás szakhatóságokkal, hatóságokkal, közműszolgáltatókkal, az ingatlannal kapcsolatos ügyekben eljárás az adott szolgáltatóval együtt
  • Üzemeltetési adminisztratív és ellenőrző feladatok ellátása

Elvárásaink az ideális jelölttel szemben:

  • Felsőfokú végzettség az alábbi területek valamelyikén: létesítmény mérnök / építészmérnök / épületgépész mérnök / építőmérnök / Műszaki menedzser
  • Hasonló munkakörben szerzett minimum 2-4 éves tapasztalat
  • Épületgépészeti és épületvillamossági berendezések ismerete
  • Aktív, kommunikációs szintű angol nyelvtudás (írásban és szóban egyaránt)
  • Kiváló munkaszervezési, irányítási és kommunikációs képesség
  • Önállóság, rugalmasság, következetesség és határozottság
