We are looking for a
Regional Manager
to coordinate customer service and operations for the projects of our international partner with offices in Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic,
Poland and the UK
. As the position is 100% remote, we are looking for freelancers living anywhere within Europe.

Join a
stable, international team with 15+ years of experience on the market
, delivering accessibility services and innovative solutions across Europe.
This position is open to applicants that are fluent in at least two of the following languages: English, Slovak, Czech, Hungarian, Polish.

Your daily tasks as a Regional Manager:

  • Manage
    daily customer communication
    via phone & email
  • Coordinate regional appointments & orders
  • Oversee schedules of
    technicians & service teams
  • Build and maintain
    strong client relationships & follow-ups
  • Support
    process optimization & regional performance
  • Assist with
    administration, reporting & documentation
  • Supervise
    basic regional social media activity
  • Cooperate with
    partners, vendors & key clients

We would be super happy to see:

  • Fluency in at least two of the following languages: English, Slovak, Czech, Hungarian, Polish
    .
  • Experience in
    customer service, sales, or coordination roles
  • Strong
    organizational & communication skills
  • Independent, accurate & responsible working style
  • Empathetic, patient & solution-oriented mindset
  • Confident user of
    MS Word & Excel
  • Comfortable in a
    multilingual environment

    CRM / admin systems
