Summary

The Regional HR Manager will oversee all Human Resources activities across the assigned countries within the Central and Eastern Europe region, with a base in Hungary. This role partners with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals, ensure compliance with local labor laws, and promote a positive and high-performance culture across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic HR Leadership

  • Partner with regional and global leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Support organizational design, talent planning, and workforce development initiatives across the region.
  • Drive change management and culture transformation projects in alignment with corporate values.

2. Employee Relations and Compliance

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to management on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure full compliance with Hungarian labor law and employment legislation in other supported countries.
  • Manage HR audits, policies, and procedures in coordination with legal and compliance teams.

3. Talent Management and Development

  • Lead regional talent acquisition efforts in partnership with local HR and recruitment teams.
  • Support onboarding, learning, and development programs that enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Oversee succession planning and leadership development processes.

4. Compensation and Benefits

  • Work with the regional compensation team to ensure competitive and equitable pay structures.
  • Oversee local benefits programs and recommend enhancements aligned with market trends.
  • Participate in annual salary reviews and incentive planning.

5. HR Operations and Data Management

  • Ensure accurate HR data management, reporting, and analytics across the region.
  • Drive HR process improvements to increase efficiency and employee experience.
