Role Summary

  • The Value Engineering Lead (VE) acts as the techno-functional bridge between Product Management and the engineering delivery teams.
  • This role is responsible for translating business priorities into actionable technical work, ensuring that each delivered increment aligns to business value while maintaining engineering quality.

The VE Lead brings both full-stack technical expertise and Asset management domain knowledge to deliver consultative value for Design Authority as well as accelerate delivery and ensure alignment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering with specialisation in Finance, or related field.
  • 7–12 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in a techno-functional lead role.
  • Prior exposure to Eagle Star & PACE / FIS InvestOne / SimCorp / Icon or other enterprise investment management platforms highly preferred.
  • Agile/Scrum certification is an advantage, CFA/FRM (optional but valued for domain depth)
