We are looking for a
System Analyst
for our
banking partner with a leading position in the Hungarian market
, who will take part in a large-scale
core banking migration project
in the
Flexcube
domain. The role offers long-term engagement, significant professional challenges, and continuous development opportunities in a stable banking environment.

Main responsibilities:

  • Translating business requirements into functional specifications and handing them over to vendors
  • Preparing specifications (feasibility studies, system concepts, system designs), estimates, and independently carrying out design tasks
  • Performing subject-matter lead responsibilities and coordinating between areas involved in development
  • Supporting ad-hoc business reporting requests and production bug fixes
  • Reviewing vendor proposals and participating in the exploration of alternative tools and solutions
  • Liaising with users, developers, and project managers

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst
  • Experience in a banking environment
  • Experience with core banking projects
  • Active professional English proficiency, both spoken and written

Nice to have:

  • Experience with / knowledge of Flexcube
