IT Delivery Manager

We are looking for an experienced
Delivery Manager
to join our growing international tech team. You will oversee multiple development, DevOps and support workstreams, ensuring seamless delivery and strong client relationships.
What you bring
- 6+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager or Technical Project Manager
- Background in software development (
web or cloud
) - Solid knowledge of cloud technologies, preferably
AWS
- Strong experience with
Agile
and stakeholder management - English proficiency at
B2+
level
Your key responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of multiple development, DevOps and support workstreams
- Ensure services are delivered on time and within budget
- Build and maintain trustful relationships with clients and internal teams
- Provide regular reporting to both internal stakeholders and customers
- Handle staffing, succession planning, and mitigate attrition risks
- Actively identify, follow up and resolve risks and issues
- Ensure Agile principles and methodology are followed across all workstreams
