Az OTP Bank stratégiai célkitűzése, hogy széles körben nyújtson digitális szolgáltatásokat ügyfelei részére, és ezekkel európai szinten is kiemelkedő ügyfélélményt biztosítson. Ehhez olyan Product Designert keresünk, aki agilis csapatban dolgozva támogatja digitális fejlesztéseinket, és aktívan hozzájárul az ügyfélközpontú szemlélet érvényesítéséhez.

Ezek a feladatok várnak nálunk:
  • Digitális felületek (weboldalak, alkalmazások) teljes körű tervezése üzleti szakértőkkel és fejlesztőkkel együttműködésben, agilis csapatban:
    • Ügyféligények feltárása és azonosítása
    • Koncepcióalkotás és digitális ügyfélutak megtervezése
    • Wireframe-ek készítése és tesztelése
    • Pixelpontos UI tervezése az OTP Design System használatával
  • Részvétel digitális banki projektekben, az ügyfélközpontú szemlélet képviselete
  • Digitális felületek elemzése ügyfélélmény és konverzió fókuszával, optimalizálási javaslatok kidolgozása
Téged várunk, ha van:
  • legalább 3 év tapasztalatod CX Designer szerepkörben,
  • strukturált gondolkodásmódod és jó rendszerező készséged,
  • nyitottságod a komplex problémákra, és élvezed, ha mélyen megértheted őket, mielőtt a megoldásra fókuszálnál,
  • koordinátori és projektmenedzseri készséged,
  • jó kommunikációs és kapcsolattartó képességed.
Előnnyel indulsz nálunk, ha van:
  • tapasztalatod agilis vagy lean módszertanban,
  • korábbi munkatapasztalatod service vagy product owner szerepkörben,
  • UI vagy vizuális design ismereted,
  • alapszintű HTML és CSS tudásod.
