Role Description

We plan these tasks for you:

  • Develop, fine-tune and deploy machine learning models and algorithms in a production environment
  • Prepare and process data, ensuring data quality and integrity
  • Evaluate, optimize and monitor model performance in a production environment
  • Scaling and integrating artificial intelligence and machine learning systems into existing infrastructure
  • Develop and maintain automated machine learning pipelines and MLOps processes
  • Proper knowledge of OpenSource libraries
  • Develop APIs and other interfaces for machine learning models
  • Participate in model versioning, deployment and development of CI/CD processes
  • Close collaboration with data scientists, software developers and business analysts
  • Continuously follow and apply the latest ML and AI trends, tools and methodologies

Qualifications

We expect the following from you:

  • BSc/MSc degree (in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, mathematics or a related field)
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in developing machine learning models and putting it into production
  • Deep knowledge of Python, including libraries for ML and AI development (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
  • Experience in deploying and scaling ML models (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Kubeflow)
  • Good database management skills (e.g. SQL, NoSQL)
  • Experience with cloud-based ML solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle and model large amounts of data
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in clearly presenting the operation and results of ML models
  • Intermediate English language skills
