We are searching for an
Onboarding Specialist
to support one of our biggest clients for;
- contract management process
- the onboarding process of the selected new joiners
What you will do
:
- Contacting candidates to assist them with the formalities and administrative procedures for their hiring process.
- Making contact with the relevant schools, training organizations, and institutions for collecting the necessary information.
- Contract creations for the new joiners - preparing the contracts and the candidate files and sharing the contact with the new joiners.
- Dispatching emails to the relevant team member from the shared inbox
- Monitoring of registrations and approvals of documents.
- Monitoring invoicing related to training activities.
- Participating in project developments, discussions with clients and reporting.
What we would like you to have
:
- Fluency in both in French and English (both spoken and written)
- Experience in HR, onboarding, recruitment or/and any admin related role would be a plus.
- Confident and comfortable to handle last minute cases.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to interact effectively with the new joiners and team members.
- A proactive and adaptable attitude, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
