Junior IT Technician role

We are looking for someone with a passion for IT and a curiosity about AI to join our team. In this role, you'll ensure that all Prezilians are equipped (IT, software, hardware, etc.) to create wonderful things, drive the company forward, and explore the potential of AI tools to enhance our operations. This is a fully remote position with the option to use a coworking space in Budapest.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Service and support for computers (95% Mac).
  • Respond to troubleshooting, service requests and issues through our ticketing system, Slack, and Video communication tools.
  • Manage and track all IT assets with inventory tracking software.
  • Provide internal IT service and support on Google Suite.
  • Internal Prezi Wiki management and content creation.
  • Provide support and recommendations on best practices for IT maintenance, apps for efficiency, new software & technologies.
  • Implementing and deploying AI-related tools and integrations.
  • Learn how AI can benefit Prezi.
  • Project management to completion.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn. 
  • Attention to detail.
  • Interest in Computer Science.
  • Get it done attitude.
  • Experience in IT and IT Security is a big plus.
