The company
Our client is one of the world's leading healthcare companies, operating in more than 150 countries.
On behalf of our client, we are looking for Recruitment Partners of various seniority levels, who will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities for the company's German and Swiss affiliates.
Tasks
- Managing and supporting open requisitions by reviewing resumes and applications, screening candidates, processing offers, and performing other recruitment activities as required in Workday
- Managing expectations of hiring managers and candidates, including identifying and resolving potential issues
- Coaching managers on providing effective feedback to candidates, developing competitive offers, and defining key competencies
- Utilizing, maintaining, and continuously updating applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and participating in related projects as needed
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in
English and German
, both written and spoken - Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations/services
- Strong customer focus, end-to-end ownership, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a growth-oriented, agile mindset in ambiguous situations
- Proven ability to influence and manage stakeholders' expectations, with strong relationship management skills
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities, a strong drive for results, and a positive, proactive attitude
