Your Day-to-Day

In this role, you will:


• Supervise and mentor a small team of accounting staff to ensure smooth financial operations.


• Oversee key financial processes, including payroll, budgeting, and audits.


• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with IHG and local regulations.


• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.


• Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and improve profitability.


• Manage and develop internal controls to safeguard company assets.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:


• Proven experience in accounting or finance, ideally within the hospitality industry.


• Strong leadership skills with experience supervising small teams.


• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.


• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.


• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).


• Fluency in Hungarian and English (written and spoken).


• Valid work permit and residency in Hungary are required.
