Feladataid lesznek

  • Ügyfeleink támogatása telefonon, e-mailben és chaten
  • Adminisztratív és minőségbiztosítási feladatok ellátása
  • Ügyfélvisszajelzések gyűjtése és továbbítása a fejlesztői csapat felé
  • Aktív részvétel új, innovatív projektekben
  • Riportok, hatósági megkeresések kezelése
  • Értékesítési és szolgáltatásfejlesztési folyamatok támogatása
