To support this mission, Syngenta's CP Customer Service Team is seeking a CP Customer Service Specialist in Hungary. This role will support the delivery of strengthening our reputation and aim to be the most preferred supplier on the market by being a face of Syngenta to the Customers with best in class customer service managing the extended Order-to-cash process, contributing to the achievement of sales targets delivering outstanding customer experience and operational excellence with cost effective operation.
Key Responsibilities
We all have a critical role to play and add value. Here is how this role will help:
- Maintain effective regular relationship, communication with customers (distributors), other external partners, like warehouses, service providers
- Execute Order-to-Cash process; receive, record and process customer orders, check stock & credit limit availability, arrange delivery or customer pick up, issue required documents, invoice upon the order fulfillment
- Manage EKAER reporting process required by the Tax Office
- Ensure efficient inventory management process regularly monitoring channel stock
- Cooperate with the Sales to monitor performance, target execution of distributors
- Manage stock return process from the customers, documentation, billing
- Ensure regular stock reconciliation with the service providers, and the annual stock count execution together with the other functions concerned.
- Ensure timely reporting and processing of the customer complaints
- Primary focus CP customers
- Support contract and rebate management
- Lead and contribute to CP projects
- Proactively cooperate in the area of process continuous improvement
Required Qualifications

- Bachelor/Master's Degree
- Fluent in English and Hungarian language
- Appetence to work with IT tools including SAP and MS Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with many people simultaneously
- Customer oriented and understanding of the key customer requirements
- Prioritization, adaptation to the changing environment
- Strong teamwork capabilities
