Tactical Supplier Specialist - Corporate Procurement
Responsibilities
- Lead and drive supplier operational performance
- Initiate and lead the supplier performance reviews
- Manage regular supply & demand alignment and secure capacity at the suppliers
- Actively support the relevant team in potential supply disruptions
- Build relationship with suppliers on day-to-day basis
- Initiate and participate in projects
- Work closely with the local and global Supply Chain team and the global Corporate Procurement team
Requirements
- 3-5 years of business experience in Supply Chain/Procurement field
- Holistic understanding of global functioning of Supply Chain/Procurement
- Relevant college / university degree (economist / logistics engineer degree is an advantage)
- The ability to ensure a collaborative environment with internal and external key stakeholders
- Capable of working cross-functionally and cross-geographically
- Fluent English knowledge both spoken and written
- Willingness to travel
- Strong in decision making and self-management
- Knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.
- Knowledge and experience in Power BI

- Team-player who cooperates well with colleagues

About the department
We are looking for a Tactical Supplier Specialist for our growing multinational company.
In our Tactical Procurement function we are looking for a strong and dynamic profile to take up a new position as Tactical Supplier Specialist, who will coordinate middle horizon supply / demand and work closely with suppliers to ensure resilience in our value chain. The position will be located in one of our biggest manufacturing sites in Nyírbátor, Hungary. The candidate will be working closely with the local and global Supply Chain team and the global Corporate Procurement team of Coloplast.
