Your skills and qualifications:

  • 5+ years' experience with Java, including server-side development.
  • Experience with object-oriented design and design paradigms such as design patterns.
  • Extensive knowledge of core Java (J2SE) programming, including Java 21 concepts.
  • Significant experience with Spring Boot and Hibernate frameworks.
  • Knowledge of data modelling and Transact-SQL.
  • Experience across the full software development lifecycle.
  • Experience in Agile development.

  • Experience with service-oriented architecture (microservices).
  • Experience or knowledge of HTML5 / JavaScript (or TypeScript).
  • Exposure to building financial systems is a plus.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Ensuring the completion of development tasks to support the new release of projects/solutions.
  • Develop bespoke systems that assist the global business unit in the management and servicing of clients.
  • Interface with business unit sponsors to elicit requirements and document detailed deliverables.
  • Be involved in the full development lifecycle of projects.

About your contract:

  • Full time, indefinite.
  • Working hours: 40 hours/week, office hours (hybrid).
  • Legal requirements: You need to be to be currently eligible to work in Hungary.
