Senior Recruitment Consultant

Helyszín: Budapest, VI. kerület

FELADATAID LESZNEK:

  • 360 fokos recruitment tanácsadói feladatok
  • Toborzási és kiválasztási folyamatok teljes körű koordinálása (sourcing, interjúztatás, jelölt menedzsment)
  • Ügyfélmenedzsment, új üzlet szerzése
  • Különböző iparágú projektek menedzselése
  • Tudásmegosztás, gyakornok mentorálása
  • Heti/havi riportok készítése, adminisztráció

A POZÍCIÓVAL KAPCSOLATOS ELVÁRÁSOK:

  • Minimum 3 éves toborzási és/vagy szolgáltatás-értékesítési tapasztalat
  • Magabiztos angol nyelvtudás szóban és írásban egyaránt
  • Kapcsolati háló IT, mérnök, pénzügy területen előnyt jelent
  • Proaktív, pozitív, motivált hozzáállás
  • Önálló, gyors és precíz munkavégzés
  • Csapatjátékos, célorientált személyiség
