Who Are We Looking For?

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Business Development Coordinator to support our Head of Sales. In this role, you will provide the essential operational support that drives our growth—from preparing high-quality materials for major sales tenders to performing key market intelligence and ensuring our commercial efforts are executed flawlessly. If you are agile, motivated, and want to gain hands-on experience in strategic B2B sales, join our team

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Provide high-level operational support directly to the Head of Sales.
  • Prepare compelling and professional materials for B2B sales tenders and proposals.
  • Develop engaging sales presentations using Google Slides.
  • Ensure accurate documentation/summaries following crucial sales meetings.
  • Conduct focused competitor analyses to identify market gaps

What We're Looking For:

  • Fluent Hungarian and advanced English language knowledge
  • Experience in a Junior Sales or Sales Support position (or other client-focused roles) 
  • A proactive, can-do attitude
  • A proven ability to learn new tools, processes, and market knowledge quickly.
  • You are dependable and take responsibility for your tasks and deadlines.
  • Great communication skills and being comfortable interacting with both team members and potential clients.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities autonomously.
