Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Cross-Domain Business Development Manager to join 4iG Space & Defence Technologies' global growth initiatives. This role serves as the front-facing representative for international partnerships and sales, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing high-level relationships, and shaping the company's international sales strategy. You will own the entire end-to-end sales process—from proactive prospecting to contractual negotiations—while coordinating closely with cross-functional teams across technical, legal, and marketing disciplines.

Partnership & Business Development
- Develop and execute the company's international sales and partnership strategies to open new markets and strengthen existing relationships.
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new partnership opportunities with global organizations, governments, and industry players.
- Take ownership of proactive sales initiatives by seeking out new business opportunities through direct outreach and networking.
- Maintain and nurture high-level relationships with international partners and end customers, ensuring long-term collaboration and trust.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for international partners and key stakeholders and facilitate smooth communication and collaboration between internal teams and external partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to shape and refine the company's international business development approach.
- Manage the end-to-end business development process, from prospecting to onboarding and ongoing account management.
- Work closely with other BD teams for support and alignment, acting as the front for our international BD efforts.
- Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations to senior management on partnership progress and strategic opportunities.
Market & Strategy Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and industry trends in space and defence sectors
- Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and international expansion plans
- Assist in shaping the company's international sales strategy based on market intelligence and partner insights
Operational & Cross-Functional Support
- Coordinate internally with product, technical, legal, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of international deals
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and quality assurance for partnership initiatives
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular status updates and strategic review reports
What you will need for successful work
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or related field
- 5+ years of sales or business development experience
- Strong coordination, multitasking, and communication skills
- Experience working with international partners and cross-functional teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at senior levels
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach and ability to handle complex negotiations
- Proficiency in MS Office / Project / collaboration tools; familiarity with Adobe Suite is an advantage
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
