szakmai tapasztalat: minimum 5 év .NET / C# fejlesztői tapasztalat

A szerepkör lényege:

Tech Leadként kulcsszerepet töltesz be a .NET-alapú fejlesztéseinkben: te határozod meg a technikai irányokat, biztosítod a kódminőséget, és szakmai példát mutatsz a csapatnak. Együtt dolgozol Architektekkel, Product Ownerekkel, Engineering Managerekkel és Scrum Masterekkel, hogy a termékek valóban büszkeségre okot adó megoldások legyenek.

Feladatok:

  • Technikai irányítás: architekturális döntések, koncepcióalkotás, best practice-ek és kódkonvenciók kialakítása

  • Mentorálás: fejlesztők támogatása, motiválása, szakmai fejlődésük segítése

  • Fejlesztés és minőség: hands-on kódolás, code review, CI/CD folyamatok fejlesztése

  • Kommunikáció és együttműködés: aktív részvétel agilis eseményeken, cross-funkcionális csapatmunkában

Elvárások:

  • Minimum 5 év .NET / C# fejlesztői tapasztalat

  • Magabiztos tudás: C#, Entity Framework, SQL

  • SOLID, Clean Code, design pattern szemlélet

  • Tapasztalat vezető fejlesztőként / Tech Leadként

  • Erős kommunikációs és problémamegoldó készség

  • Agilis és DevOps gondolkodásmód

  • Angol nyelvtudás: minimum középfok (B2), szóban és írásban

  • Cloud technológiák (Azure, AWS), konténerizáció (Docker, Kubernetes)

  • Frontend keretrendszerek (Angular, React, Blazor)

  • CI/CD, Jira, TFS ismerete
