IT biztonságra szakosodott rendszer integrátor partnerünk számára keresünk Lead developer pozícióba jelöltet.

Milyen feladatokra és kihívásokra számíthatsz tőlünk?

  • Fejlesztői csapat irányítása, szakmai támogatása és motiválása
  • Kódminőség, fejlesztési irányelvek és architektúra felügyelete
  • Technikai döntések meghozatala és stakeholder kommunikáció
  • Ügyfél igények felmérése és adott esetben end to end részvétel a fejlesztésben
  • A különböző technológiai területek (Software, Splunk, IT Security, Network, Identity) összehangolt működtetése
  • Fejlesztési irányok és architektúrák meghatározása, egységes technológiai vízió kialakítása
  • DevOps folyamatok fejlesztése, CI/CD rendszerek felügyelete, release menedzsment támogatása
  • Technikai mentorálás, csapattagok szakmai fejlesztése
  • Külső és belső auditokra való felkészülés technikai támogatása (különösen security területeken)
  • Együttműködés más IT és üzleti egységekkel, a fejlesztési prioritások meghatározása
  • Új technológiák és innovációk bevezetésének koordinálása

Te vagy az ideális jelöltünk amennyiben rendelkezel…

  • legalább 5–10 év fejlesztői háttér + 3–5 év csoport- vagy projektvezetői tapasztalattal
  • többéves tapasztalattal backend és frontend technológiákban (pl. Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript)
  • DevOps kultúrával: CI/CD, automatizálás, infrastruktúra mint kód (Terraform, Ansible), konténerizáció (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Network és infrastruktúra: hálózati topológiák, tűzfalak, VPN, routing, load balancing ismeretével
  • End-to-end gondolkodásmóddal – képes vagy átlátni egy teljes IT megoldás életciklusát
  • Rendszerszintű látásmóddal: nemcsak komponens szinten gondolkodsz, hanem megérted a teljes ökoszisztémát
  • Üzleti orientáltsággal – felismered az IT fejlesztések üzleti hatását és támogatod a digitalizációt
  • Innovációs hajlandósággal – új technológiák iránti nyitottság, proaktív fejlesztési javaslatok
  • IT architektúra ismerettel – mikroszervizek, integrációs minták (API Gateway, ESB), felhőalapú rendszerek (Azure, AWS) ismeretével
  • Kommunikáció és stakeholder managementtel: képes vagy üzleti és technikai igények közötti fordításra, hatékony riportálásra a vezetés, vagy az ügyfelek felé
