Kundenservice-Beratung
mit Schwerpunkt auf der Einrichtung und Unterstützung von Change Management-Prozessen und Automatisierungslösungen. Die Position beinhaltet die direkte Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, um betriebsbereite Geschäftslösungen durch ITSM-Tools und Automatisierung zu implementieren.

Aufgaben

  • Einrichtung von Standard-Change-Management-Prozessen für Kunden zur Ermöglichung von Geschäftsdiensten
  • Unterstützung von ITSM-Tool-Lösungen für Anfrage- und Änderungsprozesse
  • Unterstützung von Automatisierungslösungen zur Umsetzung von Kundenanfragen
  • Erstellung relevanter Change-Vorlagen im Tool für Automatisierungslösungen
  • Begleitung etablierter Automatisierungslösungen und Unterstützung notwendiger Anpassungen in Vorlagen/Prozessen
  • Beratung mit Kunden und Automatisierungs-Stakeholdern, um optimale Lösungen für verschiedene Anwendungsfälle zu finden
  • Unterstützung des gesamten Kunden-Onboarding-Verfahrens
  • Überwachung und Verfolgung des Fortschritts und der Qualität etablierter Prozesse
  • Initiierung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen für beteiligte Prozesse

*fundierten IT-Kenntnissen
, ausgezeichneten Kommunikations- und Beratungsfähigkeiten sowie Erfahrung im Change Management zur Unterstützung von Automatisierungslösungen und Kundenonboarding-Prozessen.

Muss-Kriterien

  • Gute IT-Kenntnisse und -Verständnis
  • Strukturierte analytische und Arbeitsfähigkeiten
  • Selbstsichere Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit starkem Kundenfokus
  • Gute Beratungsfähigkeiten
  • Fähigkeit, Prozesse im Einklang mit Kundenbedürfnissen und TSI-Standards zu etablieren
  • Erfahrung im Change Management
  • Interesse an Automatisierungslösungen
  • Deutschkenntnisse (C1-Niveau)
  • Englischkenntnisse (B2-Niveau)

  • Erfahrung mit Kunden im Gesundheitssektor
