Your Skills and Experience:

  • At least
    6 years of experience as a Delivery Manager
    , including strong technical project management capabilities,
  • Background in
    software development
    , ideally in web or cloud-based solutions,
  • Hands-on experience with
    cloud technologies
    , particularly
    AWS,
  • Strong proficiency in
    Agile methodologies
    and stakeholder engagement,
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities,
  • B2+ level English,
  • Demonstrated capability to lead and motivate multiple teams in a multicultural, distributed setup,
  • Willingness to travel within Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the delivery of multiple development, DevOps, and support workstreams,
  • Ensure services are delivered on schedule and within the allocated budget,
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with the customer,
  • Maintain transparent and effective communication with key stakeholders, including clients, team members, and local support groups,
  • Provide consistent reporting to both internal leadership and the customer,
  • Manage staffing activities, including succession planning and mitigating attrition risks,
  • Proactively identify, track, and resolve risks, issues, and concerns in a timely manner,
  • Ensure all workstreams adhere to Agile practices and principles.
