Your skills and experience:

  • 6+ years experience as a Delivery Manager with technical Project Management skills
  • Software development background (web development, cloud development)
  • Experience with cloud, especially with AWS
  • Proficient in Agile and Stakeholder Management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • B2+ English level proficiency
  • Ability to lead and motivate several teams, to work in multicultural and distributed environment, with teams in various locations
  • Ability to travel within Europe, work from Paris 2 weeks in a year

The key Responsibilities for the role are:

  • Manage the overall delivery of several development, DevOps and support work streams
  • Ensure a successful delivery of services on time and within budget.
  • Build and maintain trustful relationships with the customer
  • Maintain effective communication with key stakeholders, both customer , team members and local support teams
  • Provide regular reporting internally and towards the customer
  • Manage and follow-up on staffing, including succession planning and managing risks of attrition
  • Actively follow-up and manage/resolve risks, issues, concerns in a timely manner, both internally and externally
  • Ensure the work streams follow Agile methodology and principles

About your contract:

  • Full time, indefinite.
  • Working hours: 40 hours/week, office hours.
  • Working mode: hybrid (2-3 days office presence)
  • Legal requirements: You need to be to be currently eligible to work in Hungary.
