Rheinmetall 4iG Digital Services (R4) is a joint venture between Rheinmetall, a globally leading supplier of defence and automotive products, and 4iG, Hungary's leading IT systems integrator. R4 has been founded end of 2022 with its headquarters in Budapest and the initial mission to provide project- and operations-related IT services to Rheinmetall's local subsidiaries in Hungary and worldwide. Based on business requirements and opportunities, R4 plans to progressively expand the scope of its services for internal and external customers alike. In order to achieve our common goals, we count on you
- Link to the client and close contact with the system specialists
- Be part of Global IT Services team
- Processing tasks from the client's IT departments.
- Processing and solving known faults and service requests
- Control, monitoring and delegation of tickets in accordance with SLAs
- Qualified and customer-orientated support for end users and assistance with questions regarding the use of IT applications and systems
- Support, coordinate and solve IT issues onsite for the users in hybrid working model.
- Documentation of solution descriptions and maintenance of the knowledge database
- Close contact to other teams within the organization.
What you will need for successful work
- Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or professional experience
- Several years of professional experience in a similar working environment
- Good language skills in English are mandatory for this role
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Intune
- Strong working knowledge of M365 services and Intune for device and application management.
- Endpoint Management from a Network Perspective
- Ability to oversee and troubleshoot endpoints with a focus on network connectivity and performance.
- Support for Windows and macOS Platforms
- Experience in providing technical support and issue resolution for both Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Software Testing and Version Validation
- Capability to test new software releases and updates to ensure compatibility and stability.
- Mobile Device Management (MDM) Expertise
- Hands-on experience with MDM solutions for managing mobile devices securely and efficiently.
- Device Compatibility Assessment
- Skill in evaluating hardware and software compatibility across various platforms and environments.
