munkatársat keres dinamikusan fejlődő szervezetének toborzási és kiválasztási folyamatainak támogatására.

Amivel foglalkozni fogsz

  • Teljeskörű toborzás lebonyolítása magyar és külföldi IT projektekre beleértve az alábbi feladatokat:
  • jelöltek felkeresése és megszólítása,
  • jelöltek telefonos előszűrése,
  • interjúztatás vagy interjúk leszervezése, utánkövetése,
  • ajánlattételi folyamat támogatása.
  • Folyamatos kapcsolattartás a jelöltekkel a teljes kiválasztási folyamat során.
  • Álláshirdetések szerkesztése, frissítése, kezelése.
  • Toborzással kapcsolatos adminisztráció, nyilvántartások és adatbázisok kezelése.
  • Rendszeres kapcsolattartás beszállítókkal (pl. hirdetések, külső toborzó).
  • Vezetői döntéshozatal támogatása.
  • Szervezetfejlesztéssel kapcsolatos HR projektekben való részvétel, többek között a toborzás-kiválasztási folyamatok fejlesztése.

Amit Tőled várunk:

  • Felsőfokú végzettség
  • Legalább 3 éves tapasztalat
    szellemi munkaerő toborzásban.
  • Kiemelkedő kommunikációs készség
    magyarul és angolul
    , szóban és írásban egyaránt.
  • A
    Microsoft Office
    alkalmazások magabiztos használata.
  • Gyakorlat
    ATS rendszerek és HR adatbázisok
    kezelésében (előny a HRmaster-ben szerzett gyakorlat).
  • Erős stakeholder management tapasztalat.
  • Proaktív, probléma megoldó szemlélet.
  • Adminisztratív feladatok precíz és pontos elvégzése.
