About You:
You have mastered English to an exceptional level and have an affinity for online games. You possess a high level of computer skills and experience in digital marketing or affiliate marketing. You are familiar with the mindset of a salesperson, possessing skill and drive to represent and grow your brand.
Also, you are available 40 hours a week for this full-time vacancy.
Your tasks will include:
- Recruiting and onboarding relevant, mainly gaming publishers.
- Managing and fostering excellent relationships with existing publishers.
- Constantly analyzing and optimizing the performance of your clients' and partners' campaigns, with ROI in mind.
- Proactively identifying opportunities to up-sell our services, offer new products, increase volume and quality.
- Helping to identify strategic opportunities, safeguard against threats, unnecessary costs, optimize company overall performance and improve client relationships.
You'll achieve success by:
- Staying curious about processes and technology, always looking to expand your knowledge,
- Analyzing the traffic mix and registration funnel and make conclusions that will deliver a higher ROI,
- Accommodating the international aspect of the company through flexible work hours,
- Maintaining high levels of awareness of the games and affiliate market, including competitor activity and customer trends,
- Having a great attitude and communicating assertively with the clients.
The ideal profile:
- You have 1+ years of experience in commercial account management,
- You have at least basic knowledge of performance marketing,
- You are a passionate gamer and have generally a good understanding about the industry and its trends,
- You possess a personality that is engaging, open, positive and convincing,
- You know how to prioritize your work - you are structured and organized, but still have a certain level of flexibility,
- You have an analytical, number-oriented mindset and able to optimize campaigns based on data,
- You have a good technical understanding and don't mind investigating technical issues - mainly related to campaign tracking,
- You are fully proficient in English,
- You have Hungarian citizenship (or work permit in order to stay and work in Hungary). Self-employment is a significant bonus.

Contract Duration:
