They are continuously working towards further success with the help of a dedicated workforce, so their Digitalization and IT Department is now expanding to better support global projects and core activities.

Purpose of the Position:

The purpose of this position is to gain oversight of the financial and operational processes of the digital/IT department, to supervise budgets and contracts, and to provide strategic support to management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing budgets and contracts, tracking expenditures, and identifying cost-saving opportunities
  • Liaising with junior administrative colleagues and with experts in Finance, Procurement, HR, and IT
  • Supporting project management; preparing dashboards and reports for senior management
  • Strategic decision support: planning investments and expenses, and setting priorities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of progressively responsible experience in performance analysis, portfolio management, or financial planning.
  • Strong skills in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel).
  • Fluent in English in written and oral.
  • Strong motivation to learn, proactive attitude, and a youthful, forward-thinking mindset
  • Fast and accurate responses to financial and operational matters
  • Basic financial knowledge (accounting-level expertise is not required)
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to understand IT-related terminology
  • Openness to working in an international, multicultural environment
