About the Role
Join a leading international technology environment in Budapest as a Czech-speaking Service Desk Analyst. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working in a fast-paced service environment and supporting users with technical issues. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a crucial part in ensuring smooth IT operations.
What You Will Do
- Provide first-line IT support to Czech-speaking users via phone, email and chat
Log and manage incidents and service requests in the internal IT system
Troubleshoot basic technical problems and escalate more complex cases
Deliver high-quality customer service and follow established SLAs
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution
Requirements
Fluency in Czech (C1) and good command of English (B2+)
- Previous experience in customer support, service desk or IT helpdesk is an advantage
Strong communication, problem-solving and multitasking skills
Basic understanding of IT systems, MS Office and operating systems
- Willingness to work in Budapest (office-based or hybrid depending on project)
