We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Service Desk Analyst fluent in Czech and English to join our international support team based in Budapest. This is a compelling opportunity to advance your IT support career while experiencing one of Europes most vibrant and dynamic cities.

What you will do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for users experiencing technical issues - handling requests via phone, email, or chat.
  • Diagnose software and hardware problems, troubleshoot issues, and work proactively to identify root causes.
  • Log incidents, track service requests, escalate complex issues when needed, and update resolution records.
  • Assist with onboarding new users, setting up accounts, and configuring systems to ensure smooth IT operations.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to improve support workflows and contribute to the internal knowledge base.

Who you are

  • Fluent in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in technical support, help desk, or customer/IT-facing roles is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills paired with clear communication style - capable of explaining technical issues in a user-friendly manner.
  • Adept at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and willing to learn new technologies and tools.
  • Motivated to grow professionally within a diverse and international team.
