Czech-speaking Service Desk Analyst

Budapest, Hungary
. Youll be the go-to for users speaking Czech, helping resolve IT issues while advancing your career in a vibrant international setting.
Please note: Candidates must hold an EU passport or a valid work permit for Hungary.
Key Responsibilities

  • Act as first point of contact via phone, chat and email for Czech-speaking users.
  • Log, track and categorise incidents and service requests accurately in ITSM systems.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues (hardware, software, network) and escalate when needed.
  • Monitor progress of issues and provide status updates until resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure SLAs are met and continuous improvements are made.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Czech (C1) and solid English (B2+) for internal communication.
  • Experience in service desk / help desk or IT support (level 1 or similar).
  • Comfortable working with ITSM tools (eg. ServiceNow, Remedy) and adhering to ITIL-type processes.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, ability to prioritise and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player, reliable and attentive to detail.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Budapest.
  • EU passport or valid Hungarian work permit required.
