The Opportunity
As Commercial Coordinator, you will provide operational support in the implementation of all activity plans in a timely and highly compliant manner.

In this position, you will coordinate the daily operations of the Commercial (Marketing and Sales) organization and cross-functional activities with other company departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support implementation of tactical plans, commercial activities.
• Coordinate the flow of approval of commercial activities and the appropriate documentation in all internal systems.
• Offer support to organizing internal and external events, congresses.
• Keep contact with local authorities for a fully compliant deployment of all activities.
• Ensure full support for project management related to commercial plans.

Essential Knowledge & Experience

• Solid background as commercial assistant, commercial coordination, commercial operations or similar role.
• Fluent in Hungarian and English languages.
• Knowledge of accurate administrational and documentational procedures.
• IT competent and with ability to learn and use different systems.
• Experience working in a Matrix structure.

Preferred Knowledge & Experience

• Previous experience in international pharmaceutical company or similar industries.

Education/Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Additional Information

• This is a permanent, full-time position.
• Location: This position is based in Budapest, Hungary.
• This position follows our hybrid working model. Role requires a blend of home and a minimum of 2 days per week in our Hungary office. Flexibility may be required in line with business needs. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
