Export/ Import Logistics Coordinator

Position Summary: 

An Export / Import Logistics Coordinator is responsible for executing delivery and logistics activities in a position that will be aligned by mode, ensuring on time shipment from the plants and on time delivery to the customer, coordinating and following-up the shipments from loading at the plants till arrival at the final place of delivery by keeping daily contacts with the freight forwarders.

She/he will be also responsible for day to day SAP transactions in addition to resolving any transportation delays, equipment challenges or other issues impacting on time delivery to the customer.

This position will interface with their counterpart in the order management team to meet productivity and quality metrics ensuring a seamless order-to-deliver process resulting in excellent customer service.

YOU will be involved in the following tasks:

What YOU will bring to the team:

• 1-3 years export/import transportation experience
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Well organized and able to work independently and under pressure
