Közös céljaink megvalósításához az alábbiakban számítunk Rád:

  • Termékfejlesztéssel kapcsolatos üzleti igények, visszajelzések gyűjtése (kapcsolódó interjúk, UAT-ok, megbeszélések szervezése és vezetése)
  • Részvétel az üzleti megoldások tervezésében
  • Igények dokumentálása (vízió, roadmap, üzleti folyamatábra, use case diagram, user story formájában)
  • Igények priorizálása
  • Igények egyeztetése Fejlesztőkkel, Tesztelőkkel (backlog refinement, becslés, sprint planning, test case review)
  • Release tervezés, -dokumentálás (change log + oktató anyagok a változásokról)
  • Kapcsolattartás fejlesztéshez szükséges külső szolgáltatókkal
  • Üzleti területek belső folyamatainak megismerése
  • User guide készítése és karbantartása
  • Üzemeltetési folyamatok fejlesztése (automatizálás, LLP, stb)
  • Incidensek, problémák megoldásának támogatása, döntések feature vagy bug kérdésekben
  • Change management folyamatban kontroll szerep

Ami szükséges lesz az eredményes munkádhoz:

  • Product Owner vagy Business Analyst pozícióban szerzett 2+ éves tapasztalat
  • Közlekedés Technológiai Rendszerek, kifejezetten forgalom irányítás és forgalom tervezés terén szerzett 2+ éves tapasztalat
  • Project menedzsment eszközök ismerete – MS Project
  • Munkavégzés agilis szemléletű csapatban
  • Folyamat- és rendszerszemlélet
  • Feladatkezelő rendszerben szerzett tapasztalat – ServiceNow
  • Agilis eszköztár mélyreható ismerete
  • Jó kommunikációs képesség mind az üzleti mind a fejlesztői oldallal egyaránt
