Main Tasks

  • Support and documentation of sales processes in the company's sales support system (CRM)
  • Preparation and retrieval of reports and statistics from ERP and CRM systems
  • Sales administration
  • Contacting and nurturing customer relationships

Expectations

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral,
  • User knowledge of Office programs (Excel advanced)
  • Active experience in using a CRM system
  • Fluent English language skills in speech and writing
