Job Summary
Our Mobility Team is currently seeking an enthusiastic and self-driven
Global Mobility Vendor Specialist
to;support efficient cooperation with Global Mobility suppliers to ensure high-quality external services provided to the assignees across the globe, maintain the contracts with vendors and monitor service delivery according to SLAs and oversee invoice management.

What You Will Do

  • Coordinate regular alignments with the vendor partners to ensure efficient and high-quality level of services provided to Tetra Pak Global Mobility and to Employees on Global Mobility programs
  • Monitor the global and local contracts to have full understanding of the engaged suppliers and contract status, manage extensions/amendments with the support of Supplier Management
  • Cooperation with Supplier Management to properly evaluate the level of delivery by vendors, the services provided in line with agreed scope and service level agreements/ KPIs
  • In cooperation with Supplier Management and Global Mobility CSC Manager, support RFIs and RFPs to ensure proper selection of future vendors.
  • Regularly align with Mobility Services Team to understand their observations of service delivery of the contracted vendor partners and provide feedback to the partners accordingly
  • Coordinate the vendor billing process globally, supervise billing related administration

We believe you have

  • University bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field
  • 3-5- years of experience in the field of Global Mobility is a plus
  • Excellent oral and written communication in English
  • Experience with vendor management
  • Experience of working with digital platforms
  • Customer service attitude
  • Demonstrated problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across different levels of the organisation as well as with external parties
  • Results oriented, focused on on-going improvement and delivering consistent, accurate and timely results
