Job Description
As a
'Human Resources Specialist',
you will play a key role in delivering exceptional HR services across our European Region. You will be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries, providing guidance and support to employees, line managers, and senior leaders. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide variety of People Operations tasks, including employee lifecycle administration, compliance, query management, and more. You will work closely with team members and stakeholders to enhance the overall employee experience while ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes.

In This Role You Will

• Partner with team members, regional stakeholders and local markets, supporting the end-to-end service delivery of People Operations
• Provide assistance, guidance, advice to employees, line managers and senior leaders
• Perform administration of employee lifecycle processes
• Execute all human resources transactions, such as onboarding, termination, staff movement, HR reporting, internal audits, personnel information management, and contract management
• Ensure compliance with employee data protection policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in experience
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Experience in local HR is desirable
• Experience in an international company and/or shared services function
• Result oriented mindset
• Focus on detail
• Structured way of working
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize tasks
• Experience in HR SSCC would be a strong asset
• We're also open for juniors/fresh graduates
