Tasks

  • Primary hand off point from the Talent Acquisition team to take over employment agreements in Workday for all roles (internals and externals) working closely with the TA and TR teams
  • Managing interview scheduling and travel reimbursements
  • Posting roles to various internal and external channels, interview scheduling and travel reimbursement management
  • Managing requisitions through the internal hiring process when no assessment and selection is required (internal transfers, in-role promotions etc)
  • Working closely with the Talent Acquisition team across EMEA
  • Developing a strong partnership with our Total Rewards and HR partners
  • Ensuring accurate administration of recruitment processes and ensuring effective communication
  • Housekeeping of Workday as our recruitment applicant tracking system, ensuring highest standards of accuracy and compliance
