We're looking for an experienced
E-Commerce Manager
who can connect the dots between technology, marketing, and customer experience. You'll take full ownership of our online business, lead a talented team, and make sure our digital platforms deliver results that match our ambition.

What you will do:

  • Drive our e-commerce and marketplace strategy, ensuring smooth operation and continuous growth.
  • Oversee the local online platforms, from homepage to checkout, keeping everything aligned with regional guidelines.
  • Collaborate with management, operations, and marketing to ensure inventory, campaigns, and goals are all in sync.
  • Track and report on key business metrics — sales, margins, and costs — and use them to make data-driven decisions.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to optimize performance across all channels.
  • Negotiate and manage vendor and partner contracts.
  • Identify new technologies, tools, and business opportunities that push our digital sales forward.
  • Lead, coach, and develop your team — building a culture of ownership, accountability, and growth.

What you bring:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in e-commerce, digital operations, or online business management.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution skills — you can see the big picture but aren't afraid to get into details.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Leadership skills that inspire teams and deliver results.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration across functions.
  • PMP/PRINCE II certification or similar project management background is a plus.
  • Fluent in English.
