AI & Digital Transformation Specialist

Overview

We're looking for exceptional recent graduates and postgraduates to be part of our Global Digital Transformation.

Your time as an AI & Digital Transformation Specialist will fast-track your career through real responsibility, international projects, and direct exposure to EF's senior leaders—but be warned, this is not for everyone. As an AI & Digital Transformation Specialist, you will work closely with our CIO and Technology Department leaders who will mentor, challenge, and support you throughout your journey. Your tasks will be varied and unique—no assignment is too big or too small. We are seeking highly curious and forward-thinking candidates with a strong interest in artificial intelligence, automation, and their application in business. Technical coding skills are not required.

We value individuals who think strategically about how AI can drive business innovation, amplify human potential, and strengthen the customer experience—those who see solutions where others see problems.

What You'll Do

Own impactful projects from day one.

Be based in our technology hub in Budapest.

Gain hands-on experience across diverse business functions—including sales, business development, customer experience, and market development—while engaging directly with users worldwide.

Build deep insight into the world's largest privately held international education company—its products, people, culture, and mission.

Be at the core of the most impactful Digital Transformation in our organization's history.

Enable users and help roll out new functionalities (including international travel).

Who You Are

Master's degree, or Bachelor's with 1–2 years of relevant work experience.

Proficient in English (fluency in another language strongly preferred).

A great communicator who can engage both junior staff and executives.

International work and/or study experience.

Experienced or highly interested in technological advancement, AI, and their role in business transformation.

Able and willing to travel throughout Europe, Asia, and the Americas.

Please note: we're trying to build a great company culture and a cohesive office, which means that this is an in-office opportunity. There will be travel - Stockholm, London, Zurich etc. but when in Budapest this is a 5-days in the office role.
