Feladataid lesznek:

- Eszközkezelés: laptopok, asztali gépek, mobilok és nyomtatók beállítása és karbantartása

- Hálózati támogatás: helyi irodai hálózat, Wifi és VPN elérés

- Security and updates: vírusirtó és tűzfal eszközök kezelése

- Office 365 adminisztráció: felhasználói fiókok kezelése, email cím kezelés, Sharepoint hozzáférés és Teams konfigurálás

- Hibaelhárítás: hardveres és szoftveres problémák kezelése

- Dokumentáció: eszköznyilvántartás karbantartása, hibanapló és IT tudásbázis kezelése

Elvárások:

- 2-5 év tapasztalat

- Középfokú végzettség

- Lelkesedés a technológia és a problémamegoldás iránt

- Jó kommunikációs és ügyfélkezelési készségek

- Windows operációs rendszer és Microsoft 365 ismeretek

- Igény a gyors fejlődésre és felelősség vállalás

- Kiváló angol nyelvtudás szóban és írásban egyaránt

Szükséges nyelvismeret:

- angol - tárgyalóképes szint

- Tapasztalat Microsoft Intune, Defender használatával
