About the role

  • You will be part of a large Data Analytics team and help them get more structured so they can grow, collaborate well, and perform at a high level.
  • Create simple, clear processes that improve alignment, decision-making, and cross-team teamwork.
  • Lead change efforts and help teams adopt new ways of working, tools, and operating models.
  • Work with leaders to set priorities, define success, and turn strategy into concrete actions.
  • Coach team leads and managers to strengthen their leadership, communication, and stakeholder skills.
  • Run workshops and sessions to solve organizational challenges and support data-driven decisions.

Your background

  • Solid experience in organizational design, change management, or organizational development - Ideally in tech or data-heavy environments
  • Background could be from OD/ change management/ consulting/ agile coaching/ technical product roles/ engineering management.
  • Experience working with technical teams (engineering, data, analytics, or product).
  • Familiar with modern ways of working (agile, product-oriented teams, continuous improvement).
