Are you ready to bring your invoicing and finance expertise to a dynamic international environment? Join our new team and play a key role in managing billing processes and customer accounts while working closely with Italian-speaking clients and partners.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivables Specialist for Invoicing activities who thrives in a fast-paced setting and brings a strong command of both English and Italian to the role.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Review and validate incoming orders from sales and project teams
  • Ensure customer orders are correctly aligned and processed within internal systems
  • Prepare and issue accurate invoices based on contractual terms and customer requirements
  • Manage documentation related to payments, including letters of credit
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders and oversee shipment tracking and export documentation
  • Handle inquiries from Italian- and English-speaking customers regarding invoices
  • Issue credit and debit notes to resolve any billing discrepancies
  • Support internal and external audits with appropriate documentation
  • Monitor outstanding payments, prepare account statements, and initiate collection activities

 What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in invoicing, billing, receivables, or any finance-related role
  • Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken) is essential
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience in using SAP is a strong advantage
  • Familiarity with export documents and international logistics is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and resolve issues efficiently
