Egy erős régiós jelenléttel rendelkező, dinamikusan fejlődő ingatlanpiaci partnerünk számára keresünk tapasztalt Asset Management Vezetőt, aki stratégiai szemlélettel, rendszerszintű gondolkodással és kiváló stakeholder-menedzsment képességekkel rendelkezik.

A pozíció célja, hogy az ingatlan portfólió értékmaximalizálását stratégiai szinten biztosítsa, átlátható riportálási rendszereket alakítson ki, valamint a társterületekkel együttműködve hozzájáruljon egy hatékony, jól strukturált, regionálisan összehangolt működés kialakításához.

Főbb feladatok:

  • Az ingatlan portfólió stratégiai irányainak kijelölése, hozamnövelési célok meghatározása
  • Piaci trendek folyamatos figyelése, döntéselőkészítő anyagok készítése a menedzsment számára
  • A magyar és régiós ingatlanpiac proaktív menedzselése
  • Asset és leasing managerek szakmai vezetése, fejlesztése
  • Strukturált riporting rendszer kialakítása az egész szervezetre nézve
  • Kiemelkedő cross-funkcionális együttműködés kialakítása – különösen a nemzetközi szervezeti egységekkel
  • Change menedzsment, transzparens adat- és információáramlás biztosítása a teljes portfólió vonatkozásában

Elvárások:

  • Legalább 10+ év releváns tapasztalat ingatlan vagyonkezelés és / vagy portfóliókezelési területen
  • Erős stratégiai gondolkodás és rendszerlátás
  • Nemzetközi (kelet-közép-európai) piaci ismeret és kapcsolati háló
  • Kiváló stakeholder és change management képességek
  • Erős analitikus és riportálási fókusz, beleértve feasibility study-k készítését és értelmezést
  • Magabiztos vezetői tapasztalat
  • Magyar nyelv ismerete elengedhetetlen, emellett folyékony angol nyelvtudás szükséges
  • Ingatlanjogi alapfogalmak ismerete előny
