We are looking for an experienced Head of Asset Management for our real estate partner with a strong regional presence and dynamic growth. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, systemic thinking, and excellent stakeholder management skills.

The purpose of the role:

The position aims to ensure the strategic value maximization of the real estate portfolio, establish transparent reporting systems, and contribute—through close cooperation with other departments—to the development of an efficient, well-structured, and regionally aligned operation.

Key responsibilities:

  • Define the strategic directions of the real estate portfolio and set yield-increasing objectives
  • Continuously monitor market trends and prepare decision-support materials for management
  • Proactively manage the Hungarian and regional real estate markets
  • Provide professional leadership and development for asset and leasing managers
  • Build a structured reporting system across the organization
  • Establish outstanding cross-functional collaboration—particularly with international business units
  • Drive change management and ensure transparent data and information flow across the entire portfolio

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in real estate asset and/or portfolio management
  • Strong strategic thinking and systemic vision
  • In-depth knowledge of and network within international (CEE) real estate markets
  • Excellent stakeholder and change management skills
  • Strong analytical and reporting focus, including preparation and interpretation of feasibility studies
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Fluency in Hungarian is essential, alongside strong command of English
  • Knowledge of basic real estate law is an advantage
