The Debrecen Asset Management Corporation (Debreceni Vagyonkezelő Zrt.), fully owned by the Municipality, coordinates and oversees nine subsidiary companies within an integrated holding structure. With nearly 1,600 employees, our member companies play a pivotal role in providing essential urban services — including water and district heating supply, public transportation and parking operations, real estate management, and IT services. In addition, they operate in the tourism sector through hotel and spa management and contribute to the development and operation of one of Central and Eastern Europe's largest and most dynamically growing industrial parks, covering 720 hectares.

Payroll & Labour Administration Manager

The DV Holding HR Service Center is dedicated to supporting our member companies with high-quality, reliable and modern HR solutions. We are looking for a leader with strategic vision, exceptional expertise and strong managerial capabilities to further strengthen and harmonize our operations.

Your Mission

As Payroll & Labour Administration Manager, you will be the key professional responsible for overseeing payroll processes and labour administration across the Holding. You will coordinate the diverse needs of our member companies, ensure compliance, guarantee data security and continuously elevate the service quality and efficiency of our HR operations.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Harmonising, developing and ensuring full legal compliance of payroll and labour administration processes.
  • Providing professional oversight of payroll and labour operations, including coordination of audits.
  • Managing and developing HRIS payroll and labour administration modules.
  • Defining KPIs and preparing regular reports and analyses for management.
  • Leading digitalisation and process improvement initiatives.
  • Maintaining close professional cooperation with member companies and the HR Service Center's functional areas.
  • Leading, developing and motivating the payroll and labour administration team.
  • Ensuring efficient, accurate and secure day-to-day operations.

What We Expect From You

  • Higher education degree (preferably in economics, HR or law)
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience in payroll and labour administration
  • Experience coordinating multiple business units or subsidiary companies
  • Up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to view processes at a systems level
  • Familiarity with digital HR systems
  • English proficiency is an advantage
