  • A negyedéves tervezésben befogadott informatikai/digitalizációs témák megvalósításának és a végrehajtandó lépések megtervezése, valamint a leszállítandó munkatermékek meghatározása
  • Projektmenedzser támogatása
  • A kapcsolódó területek beazonosítása, a velük való aktív kapcsolattartás és az együttműködő csapat összefogása
  • A feladatok kiosztása, azok végrehajtásának koordinálása, a határidők betartatása
  • A kockázatok felmérése, azok elkerülésére akciópontok kidolgozása, a felelős vezetők bevonása a kockázatok elhárítása
  • A felelős vezető(k) folyamatos tájékoztatása, a szükséges döntéseknél a vezetők időbeli bevonása
  • Folyamatos státusz biztosítása minden érintett felé

Főbb területek és projektek:

  • KKV számlázással kapcsolatos rendszerek cseréje: pénzügyi, banki és számlaforgalmi területen
  • Új microservices alapú rendszer kialakítása: magas szintű angol nyelvhasználat, valamint számlavezető rendszerek cseréje
  • Alkalmazás és mobilapp/netbank projekt: rendszerek bevezetése, illetve FrontEnd kialakítása
  • Bankbiztonsági terület: széleskörű technológiai ismeretek alkalmazása a bankbiztonság kialakításában
  • Flex upgrade projekt: általános feladatok ellátása
  • BI (Business Intelligence) terület: újonnan kialakuló terület bevezetése

Elvárások:

  • Felsőfokú végzettség
  • Erős technikai, technológiai háttértudás
  • Legalább 2-3 éves tapasztalat komplex technológiai feladatok koordinálásban
  • A bankok által használt technológiák, rendszerek, alkalmazások magas szintű ismerete
  • A fejlesztési módszertanok (agile, waterfall, etc.) ismerete és aktív használata, a kapcsolódó eszközök rutinszerű használata
  • Felelősség a negyedéves tervezés által jóváhagyott fejlesztési projektek és témákon belül az IT leszállítandók sikeres szállításának biztosításáért
  • Felelősség a digitalizációs terület erőforrásainak, ütemterveinek és költségvetésének kezeléséért a fejlesztési feladatok és leszállítandóinak eléréséhez
