Join us as Logistics Coordinator CEE in Budapest, and work with brands like Finish, AirWick, Vanish In this role, as a part of the country supply service team, you will ensure the working operation background of the supply by managing the 3PL providers. In this role you will report to the Logistics Manager CEE.

 

You’ll have the following key responsibilities:

  • Ensuring smooth logistics operations
  • Keeping contact with warehouse and freight forwarders, provide support to DC
  • Stock management and organizing resupply transports
  • Custom clearance
  • Handling SAP workflow errors
  • Tracking and administration of logistics costs (PO creation, create and monitor accruals, invoice approvals, update cost control reports)
  • Month closing and reporting activities
  • Creating reports for audit request
  • Working closely with Marketing, Demand Planning, Customer Service, Regulatory and Finance department

You’ll succeed because you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ideally 2 years of experience in Supply Chain/Logistics and understanding of supply chain best practices
  • Fluent English besides native Hungarian
  • Working proficiency in Excel and ideally in SAP
  • Great problem-solving, prioritization and communication skills
  • Ability to understand complexity and work efficiently in a regional organization
